NIPOST Board/ Management Retreat schedule to hold for five days which started yesterday Monday 22nd, 2021, at Ilaji Hotel& Sport Resort, Ibadan.
The Honourable Minister, Dr Isa Ali Ibrahim( PANTAMI), represented by Engr.Festus Daudu, the Permanent Secretary who also double as the alternate chairman of the NIPOST governing board, Postmaster General of the federation, Dr Ismail Adebayo Adewusi, Board chairman, Barr, Maimuna Yaya Abubakar, members of the governing board, all the Management Staff across the zones to generate ideas in making the organization's dream to be second to none in postal sectors..
Engr Festus Daudu in his speech reechoed the desire of the management on Staff training to capacity building which is the focus of his administration.
He emphasised, that no matter the technologies developed ,
knowledgeable human capacity or human resources is critical to core corporate organization.Thus Human resource is a major resource that will drives the technologies and all the process.
The Chairman, NIPOST governing board Barr, Maimuna Yaya Abubakar in her speech stressed on the expectation at the end of the retreat which is to create a new organization direction, structure and culture through business model optimization, technology and process innovation or re engeneering. She also spoke on staff welfare, that any organizational strategic must be developed with employee's welfare.
